Investment opportunities in Colombia
20 February 2018, Amsterdam -- The Common Fund for Commodities, at the invitation of the Embassy of Colombia in the Netherlands, Procolombia and the Impact Hubs of Amsterdam and Bogota, participated in a meeting on the opportunities for investment in Colombia. The meeting was held at the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT), Amsterdam and was opened by H.E. Mr. Juan José Quintana, Ambassador of Colombia to the Netherland.
During the meeting entrepreneurs especially from but not limited to the cocoa and chocolate sector in Colombia presented their produce and their business cases to interested investors and potential cooperators. CFC could gain insight into different segments of the Colombian agricultural sector and build relationships with entrepreneurs present at the meeting.
