Millets_2023

2023 has been designated International Year of Millets by the United Nations

The hardy grain thrives in dry conditions and is a low maintenance, low-cost crop, which makes it ideal for smallholders struggling in areas afflicted by drought. It’s also nutritious and can be used in a number of ways, from baking bread to brewing beer.

We’re always keen to invest in agribusinesses that work with commodities such as millets, while helping smallholders build food security and develop more stable livelihoods.
