Ministerial Meeting and Committee on Commodity Problems

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invited the CFC to participate in the Ministerial Meeting on ‘Long-term Commodity Price Trends and Sustainable Agricultural Development’ taking place on 3 October and the 71st Session of the Committee on Commodity Problems (CCP) held from 4 to 6 October 2016.

A delegation from the CFC comprising Mr. Andrey Kuleshov, Strategy and Development Advisor, and Ms. Alessandra Marocco, Portfolio Manager, represented the Fund in these meetings. Mr. Kuleshov took part as panelist in one of the roundtables on the topic of “Commodity dependence, diversification and value chain development” while Ms. Marocco attended the deliberations of the CCP.
